Seacoast Vitality is a healthcare technology platform and is not a medical provider or pharmacy. Telehealth services may be available in all 50 states where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable law. Clinical care is provided by licensed providers affiliated with Elite Care Health, an independent physician group. Prescriptions, if approved, are fulfilled by Rx Ave Health, a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

Completing an intake does not guarantee treatment; prescriptions are issued only when a licensed provider determines they are clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Individual results vary.

Seacoast Vitality is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
